Scarlett Byrne as Pansy Parkinson

Just like her classmate and fellow Slytherin housemate, Draco Malfoy, Pansy Parkinson was annoying and enjoyed discomforting other students. It was not shocking to see that she joined the Inquisitorial Squad set up By Professor Umbridge. She disliked Harry and was even willing to turn him over to Lord Voldemort at the Battle of Hogwarts.

Scarlett Byrne – Today

The Half-Blood Prince was Scarlett Byrne’s debut movie. She was a replacement for Genevieve Gaunt, the original actress cast for the role of Pansy Parkinson. She seems to love the supernatural seeing as she has starred in widely-known TV shows, Vampire Diaries and The Falling Skies.

Ellie Darcey-Alden as Young Lily Potter

From the onset, Potterheads brainstormed about the story of Lily Potter’s life and were given clarity in just one chapter of The Deathly Hallows. In the Prince’s Tale, Harry mother was seen through the eyes of Professor Snape who had loved her from the first day he met her till he died. They both toed different paths albeit growing up together. Lily went on to marry a young Gryffindor and member of the Order of the Phoenix, James Potter.

Ellie Darcey-Alden – Today

Not long after her role as young Lily, the young actress was cast in a British sci-fi series, Doctor Who. Ellie is a wonderful dancer with many credits to her name. She took a back seat from Hollywood for some years to give more attention to her other interests but returned to the screen in 2019 in the Remnants, a teen series.

Tiana Benjamin as Angelina Johnson

Angelina Johnson was a Hogwarts student and Quidditch team member for Gryffindor house. She had good ambitions and was classmates with Fred and George Weasley. She went on to marry George. Johnson was not on the side of evil right from the onset. She joined Dumbledore’s army and went back to her school during the last battle to stand against Lord Voldemort.

Tiana Benjamin – Today

While still on set in the Harry Potter series, Tiana was cast in another set as Chelsea Fox for the BBC soap, EastEnders. Her character has made appearances in more than 300 episodes.

Jessie Cave as Lilá Brown

Lavender and Harry were in the same year at Hogwarts. She had a very short relationship with Harry’s best friend, Ron. It was short-lived because Ron’s feelings for Hermoine were glaring. Lavender proved herself to be a Gryffindor to the core and to the end. She fought at the Battle of Hogwarts and met her end at the hand of Fenir Greyback, the barbarian werewolf.

Jessie Cave – Today

A while after the Harry Potter franchise ended, Jessie Cave was cast in the period drama, Great Expectations. Since then, she has been landing roles in various movies. However, she seems to have lost a large part of her passion for acting despite being very successful. She is a talented cartoonist and has put out a trademark doodle book titled Love Sick.

Eleanor Columbus as Susan Bones

Susan Bones was a Hogwarts student in Harry’s year but was in the Hufflepuff house. She could relate deeply to how “the Boy who lived” must have felt because her entire family, uncle, aunt, cousins and grandparents included were murdered By Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters. This must have been her prominent motivation for joining other members of Dumbledore’s army to fight at the Battle of Hogwarts.

Eleanor Columbus – Today

Eleanor Columbus landed the role of Susan Bones in the first two parts of the Harry Potter series and her father, Chris, the director, was to thank for it. After that role, she took a back seat from the acting scene and favors working behind the camera. Together with her father, she started Maiden Voyage Pictures, a production company focused on helping newbie filmmakers find their way. She has credits in some critically acclaimed productions such as the Mediterranean and The Witch.

Georgina Leonidas as Katie Bell

Katie Bell joined the Gryffindor Quidditch team at the same time as Harry but she had come to Hogwarts a year before Harry. Katie had a kind and gentle personality and showed great courage at the Battle of Hogwarts when she joined her friends to stand against Lord Voldemort. Her reasons for joining the battle were somewhat personal as Draco Malfoy had once used a dangerous curse on her while trying to help the Death Eaters gain safe entry to Hogwarts.

Georgina Leonidas – Today

Prior to her role in the last three parts of the Harry Potter franchise, Georgina Leonidas had already built a good reputation. She had frequently played a role on The Basil Brush Show as well as other appearances on TV. Being in front of the movie cameras is second nature to her. Her brother. Dimitri and sister, Stephanie are actors as well.

Genevieve Gaunt as Pansy Parkinson

Pansy Parkinson had different actresses for the role at different points but in the beginning, Genevieve Gaunt was the first to play the role. From a young age, Pansy was cruel, vengeful and generally unpleasant and she didn’t outgrow these traits over the years. She kept the same group of friends around her which consisted of Draco Malfoy and her other Slytherin housemates.

Genevieve Gaunt – Today

Gaunt debuted in acting with her role in the Prisoner of Azkaban in the Harry Potter series. After some years of little success in lading roles, she was cast in the series, The Royals. In recent times, Gaunt collaborated with Mark Hamil in the second season of the Knightfall, a medieval theater series.

Angelica Mandy as Gabrielle Delacour

Gabrielle Delacour made her appearance in the series in the fourth part, specifically during the Triwizard Tournament alongside elder sister, Fleur. She was saved By Harry in Black Lake during the second task and the two sisters had nothing but gratitude and kindness for him thereafter. Gabrielle joined the Weasleys after her sister got married to Bill, Ron’s brother.

Angelica Mandy – Today

Mandy’s debut movie was in the period dram, Vanity Fair where she played the role of a younger Reese Witherspoon. She had a promising career, however, she chose to give up acting after her brief role in Harry Potter. She’s not in the acting scene anymore but she doesn’t have any less of an amazing life. Her Instagram feed tells us just that.
